Common questions.
- What if we already use some AI tools?
- Then we start with what they're missing, which is usually that they don't know your business yet. Sometimes the fix is giving them one organized place to draw from.
- What does it cost?
- A fixed price for the first project, quoted after the free call once we know what's involved. Not hourly. You'll have it in writing before anything starts.
- How long does it take?
- The first project takes weeks, not months. We'll give you a timeline before we start.
- Whose information does this touch?
- Yours, in accounts in your name. We see what we need to build with and nothing more, and nothing goes out to your customers or clients that you haven't approved.
- Is there anything you don't do?
- We don't sell software we don't use ourselves, and we don't run a help desk. We also don't run ad campaigns or social media, though we'll connect the tools you use for those.
- What happens after the first project?
- Someone to call, if you want it. Either way, it's yours. Nothing is held hostage.
